Re-applying college student deadline remains same every year. May 1st for One-Year Awards. June 1 for Four-Year Awards

*Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

**Please note: named awards with specific areas of studies such as Tchaika, Future Teacher, Stiles are not renewal. .

 

PHS High School Students Current Pomperaug seniors will receive scholarship information during Senior Advisory. Completed applications are returned to the Guidance Office. Please check with Guidance for PHS deadline.

This form is for both SMSF and Pfeffer Awards. Each award requires separate forms. Send all materials to SMSF Inc., P.O. Box 1259, Middlebury, CT 06762. Application deadline: April 1st.

 

 

1 Year Pfeffer and SMSF Recipients (click HERE - PDF 2 pages)

This form is only for current award recipients in college re-applying for continued support. Submission of application does not automatically guarantee continued support. We review these grants each year based on applicant pool and availability of funds. If renewal is approved, you will receive your award by July 15. (Unfortunately, we are unable to consider new applications.) This form can be used for both SMSF and Pfeffer Awards. Send all materials* to SMSF Inc., P.O. Box 1259, Middlebury, CT 06762.

 

Application Deadline: Must be postmarked by May 1 to be considered for the following school year. Your complete application must include:

 

1) Letter of Intent

2) FAFSA page with EFC

3) Official Transcript (Request transcripts to be sent directly by university or include a sealed official transcript. Unofficial printouts are not accepted. If spring grades are not complete, fall grades are acceptable.)

4) Application Form (PDF 2 pgs).

 

 

4 Year Pfeffer Recipients

If you are currently receiving a Four-Year Pfeffer Scholarship, you must send an official transcript from your college to prove your current full-time enrollment with good academic standing of 3.0 GPA or above to continue receiving support. An official transcript must be received by June 1 to continue receiving support for the following school year.
